Welcome to Metzcor! We are Ashleigh and Michael Metz, the founders and owners of Metzcor. We were both born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati, and we couldn't imagine building our business anywhere else. Together, we have over 25 years of experience working with adults with exceptionalities, and the love and joy they've brought to our lives is beyond what we could ever ask for.
Many ask where our love of this field comes from. The story is simple. Michael began working as a DSP in a residential setting when he was 18. Shortly after starting, he invited Ashleigh on an ice cream date with the individuals he worked with because he knew she would fall in love with them... he was right! From that day forward, our entire lives have been centered around working with the most amazing group of people you could ever meet.
Participants at our adult disability day care program will follow a curriculum to help them gain independent living skills, meet new friends, and find what brings them joy throughout the day.
Our dedicated and compassionate team includes an on-site RN who provides medical care, tube feedings, and medication administration.
Metzcor has 18 well-maintained vans and buses providing transportation to and from our campus daily, plus community outings.
For those interested in employment skills, we focus on building confidence, time management, hygiene, and workforce skills.
Respite from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm on select Saturdays. Caregivers can relax knowing the same staff care for their loved ones.
Our job coach assists participants to obtain and maintain jobs, working with partnering employers on campus.
Art, music, cooking, and various recreational activities designed to promote creativity and self-expression.
